An opportunity to pitch your research proposals and receive feedback to pitch it or promote it! This is a blend of the 3 Minute Thesis (3MT®) concept and a pecha kucha presentation. You are encouraged to present your research and its significance in three minutes, with no more than 3 presentation slides. We encourage authors to consolidate their research and discoveries to be presented concisely. Pitch & promote presentations can be presented live in Chile or pre recorded for virtual participants.
The Scientific Committee will evaluate the Pitch & Promote abstracts and authors will receive confirmation of acceptance or rejection.
Abstract Development & Submission Procedure:
AIESEP 2023 invites you to submit an Abstract/Proposal to be considered for presentation in any of the aforementioned presentation types.
How to Submit your Abstract
The abstract submission process can be found on the official 2023 AIESEP International Conference website at www.aiesep2023.com.
Deadline for Submission of Abstract: February 14th, 2023
Language for Abstract: English AND Spanish or Portuguese
Review Process: All submissions will be evaluated through a blind review process. Authors will be notified of a decision on or near March 15th, 2023.
All accepted abstracts have the potential to be published in the AIESEP conference abstracts book. Upon acceptance, a minimum of one author must attend the AIESEP in person or virtual component and deliver the presentation according to the scheduled day and time. Should an author not comply with the requirements, the program chair or conference organizer reserves the right to remove the abstract and/or presentation from the conference schedule and/or conference book of abstracts.
We are eagerly looking forward to receiving papers from all parts of the globe to make this a truly international world conference.
